comfortable beds comfortable pillows amazingly air conditioning inconsistent internet difficult password dilapidated part
the room was beautiful and clean! i had very comfortable beds and pillows. the air conditioning worked amazingly! there is a little supermarket across the road. it made getting snacks so easy!
the internet connection was not consistent. it kept disconnecting in different parts of the hotel. i had to reconnect with a log in and password that was difficult to remember. our "beautiful" room overlooked a dilapidated part of the hotel.

amazing stay, totally unexpected!
warm welcome pool bar delicious cake
the staff gave me a warmly welcome and upgraded my room! the resort have everything i could wish for, from the pool and pool bar to the beachfront location and delicious restaurants. i used the gym and the bike hire and even did the riding track past hotels. they sing happy birthday to my wife and gave us a delicious chocolate cake!
the breakfast have not variety! i want more options and new dishes every day. two weeks with the same dishes is boring. i hope they add more.

the beautiful bungalow include a large bed. it have a balcony with seating. the bathroom include two sinks and a rain shower. there be a minibar. a tea and coffee maker.

Wonderful Balinese Experience
balinese architecture compact layout helpful staff
The Balinese architecture and landscaping created a immersive atmosphere. I appreciated that the resort's layout was compact. This made it easy to access all amenities without long walks. The Indonesian staff members were helpful. They greeted me with smiles and were always ready to assist with any request. I found this level of service excellent.
The prices at the hotel restaurants were a bit higher than outside local shops.

The hotel provides three main restaurants utilized according to the time of day and show schedules. The beach area has a pleasant bay, and many guests enjoy watercraft activities there. Plus, there are many available sunbeds around the pools.

Breakfast included a rich buffet with an egg cooking station. A chef prepared scrambled eggs and omelets to order right in front of me. The breakfast variety satisfied me every morning because it had plenty of options.
Service
10/10
The staff was helpful and very friendly to me and other guests. I also took advantage of the bicycle rental service near the hotel. I booked a traditional Balinese massage, and it was one of the best I've had in Bali.

Mixed Experience at Beachfront Hotel
limited menu bland buffet
The all-inclusive package was a letdown. It did not provide full access to the food and drink menu. Drinks were basic. Lunch and dinner buffets were bland. They lacked authentic Indonesian dishes. (I think they should focus on fewer, high-quality dishes with local flavors.)

the beach was close, and walking along the beachfront to restaurants was convenient.
The gym was old, and the equipment was broken. Rusted weights were present. the all-inclusive option was not worth it. the food quality was very ordinary.

a lovely bali getaway
verdant escape warm greeting flavour celebration
The staff greeted us warmly, their kindness a sweet balm. the grounds were pristine, a verdant escape, where every corner told a story of care. i enjoyed the variety at the breakfast buffet each morning. It reminded me of a celebration of flavors.
I noticed that some of the beach towels seemed a little worn. Fresh towels would add an extra touch.

Our bungalow had a spacious layout. It had plenty of room to relax. the decor featured beautiful balinese touches. It added authentic charm. the private balcony offered a peaceful spot.
